Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop sales plans based on the company's sales targets, break them down, arrange the distribution of sales tasks, and execute and complete the company's annual sales plan.
2. Responsible for developing potential customers, as well as maintaining and expanding existing customers, collaborating with the team to complete the sales tasks required by the company.
3. Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiation of contract terms, and contract signing according to the company's products, pricing, and market strategy, ensuring proper product selection, sales quotations, contract signing, logistics, and payment follow-up for potential customers.
4. Strive to expand product sales in the designated area, actively achieve sales targets, increase product market share, and enhance brand awareness.
5. Keep a dynamic grasp of market prices, regularly provide the company with market analysis and relevant sales reports, and submit sales analysis and summary reports.
6. Maintain existing channels, independently develop and expand new sales channels and new customers.
7. Collect frontline marketing information and user feedback, and provide reasonable suggestions for the company's marketing strategy and after-sales service.
8. Comply with national laws and regulations as well as the company's rules and regulations. Pay attention to personal conduct and establish a good company image.
9. Base salary + commission + performance bonus + year-end bonus, with commission at 3-5%, no cap.
Job Requirements:
1. College diploma or above, proficient in using office software.
2. More than two years of sales experience or a background in electronics is preferred.
3. Under 40 years old, able to travel frequently for short periods.
